Attorney at Law
Wilson Elser
I have practiced law for over 25 years. As a former law firm managing partner and general counsel, I handle corporate and transactional work as well as a variety of complex litigation matters. I represent corporations covering a spectrum of industries, such as retail, marketing and PR, manufacturing, insurance and transportation. In my outside general counsel role for clients, I am responsible for everything from product liability and employment matters to negotiating sales agreements and vendor contracts.
I am particularly proud of my strong civic and charitable commitment, and regularly volunteer as pro bono counsel for the underprivileged, while serving on Mercy Home’s Leader Counsel and Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Board of Overseers, among others. In 2020, my first book was published: “Badger State, A Wisconsin Memoir.”
