Nominations are now open. To be eligible for consideration, nominees must have a J.D. (or international equivalent), be in-house legal professionals, diverse and/or strong allies to underrepresented communities, and age 35 or younger at the time of publication on January 31st, 2024. The honorees will be notified that they’ve been selected in September 2023. Nominations will be evaluated by a selection committee made up of legal leaders and peers from varying industries and companies.

The 35 Under 35 categories will cover everything from Legal Services, Financial, Healthcare, Arts & Entertainment, Architecture, Engineering & Design, Manufacturing, and Technology.
